These Terms govern your use of playmingletrail.icu and any walking experience booked through Mingle Trail. By booking a trail or using our website, you agree to these terms.
All bookings are confirmed once payment is received. Group sizes are capped, and spots are reserved on a first-come basis. Prices are listed per person in USD and include guide services, permits, and trail snacks.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the walk receive a full refund. Within 7 days, we offer a credit toward a future trail. We do not refund cancellations made within 24 hours, except in cases of severe weather declared by our team.
We walk in most conditions, but reserve the right to postpone or reroute any trail for safety. In such cases, you'll be offered the next available date or full refund.
Walking outdoors carries inherent risk. By joining a Mingle Trail walk, you confirm you are in suitable health for the route's difficulty level and agree to follow your guide's instructions.
